Wahoooooo!

Spring has sprung and we are greatly enjoying the beautiful weather. We have been outside all day, all week, but of course, trying to get a picture of Dane playing is near impossible. He is a running, climbing, crazy, monkey boy!

Our Monday morning started out with some naked artwork. I changed Dane's diaper and he ran off immediately to do some work. He must have felt inspired!

Seriously, this is the only picture I was able to capture outside all week. I know...I'm lame!

After a hard week of playing, Dane relaxes in the chair reading some books. His interest in books has peaked this week and we love it!

BIG Day!

What a fun, busy day we had!

This is how the morning started...then we were off to the Oliver Kelly Farm with our buds Erin and Celia.

Here is Dane checking out the chickens and roosters very close.

Next it was time to pet the baby chicks. Very cute. This one left Erin a little present in her hand. Super funny.

Both Dane and Celia were a bit nervous to touch the baby sheep, but eventually came around. They were only a week old and so adorable.

Last stop were the pigs. And pigs they were. Very big and very piggy. This one was humongous and came right up and snorted pig snot on us. Again, super funny, but very yucky.

After the farm, lunch and nap, we headed back outside for some more fun in the sun. It was so nice to get some fresh air today.

And Dane has decided he likes to splash in the puddles.

It was a great day and we had great fun. Thanks Skooge's for the good time. We look forward to all of the fun we will have together.

Fun at the Park!

Saturday, when it was still nice and warm out, we made the trek down to the park. It's about a block away and Dane walked almost all of the way there. Daddy pulled the wagon and Dane said "ride" and stopped walking. Funny.

Through the tunnels...

Tunnel again...

Down the slide with Mom...

Walking up the steps, over and over again. The repetitive stage is starting to get old.

And down the slide with Dad.

It's fun doing anything outside with Dane, but to watch him at the park is pure joy. He loves to climb and slide and especially show off when he does something new :o) We are so excited for all that is to come this Spring and Summer.
