What a Difference a Week Makes--

Last week we had bitter cold and snow for a few days. It was beautiful except for that fact that it was the 2nd week in October. Come on Mother Nature! I love fall too much to start getting excited for Christmas. And that's what the first snowfall does to me. It triggers Christmas songs and wrapping presents. Fun stuff, but just not yet.

The snow excited Dane who has been talking about sledding since last winter. And Ross. Who couldn't wait to get home and sled with him.

Crazy Daddy and Crazy Dane.

It was terribly hard to get a picture of both Cash and Dane looking. This was the best one.

Rolling the first ball to begin making his first ever snowman!

The finished product--complete with screwdriver nose and ears!!
(and used all the snow that was in the yard!)

Dane has been working on his big puzzles lately and he does them on his own and so well. He gets very proud of himself--as he should!

Even in his unders he is so darn cute!

Ross brought the boys to the Pumpkin Festival in Otsego this past weekend. Dane had a blast climbing, jumping and playing games.

A little snuggle with their best daddy!

Then on Sunday we took a family trip to the park. A little jogging, biking and playing is a great way to spend the day!

Daddy and Cash!

This little biker would ride all day if we let him!

Cool picture, huh?!

Such goofballs!

Hi Mom!

Lastly we spent the day at my Mom's playing outside. Dane tried to help rake, but that lasted all of 1 minute.

This is more like it!

Next up...Halloween! "Gang...it looks like we've got a mystery on our hands."
